We have been taught that love, freedom, joy, abundance, prosperity, health, achievement and even empowering relationships are conditional (i.e., dependent on hard work, sacrifice, putting others before ourselves, doing it right, following the correct path, being “perfect”, fill in the blank … ). The truth of our being is that we are unconditional and infinite. I help you wake up to this remembrance.
We are unconditionally deserving and unconditionally worthy of love, of thriving in life, of pursuing our passions, of consciously creating, and being awake to the beauty of our essence now!
We are incredible creators, and many times we are unaware of what we are creating and then notice ourselves unhappy about the results (our relationships, our financial situations, our health, etc.). Sometimes we need support discovering and releasing our limitations, unconscious stories, beliefs, patterns, internal conflicts, and layers of density (repressed emotions, paradigms, energy patterns, vibrational set points, etc.) that obscure from us the true essence of who we are.
Unconditional and unwavering self-love is one of the greatest gifts you can be for yourself
Many people share their stories about awakening experiences and peak moments that reveal the a glimmer of the true essence of life, love, and the unity of all. While the memories of these experiences linger, many of these states of awakening are short lived and we are brought back into our perceptions of “the throws of life happenings”. This is when self liberating is the most potent and powerful. I work with clients to apply the techniques of unattached perception, shifting awareness, connection, inquiry, release, acceptance, integrating, and flow while at the same time introducing the paradigm of the foundations of freedom: being whole, unconditional love, unconditional acceptance, unconditional value, unconditional worth, and infinite.
So often we get immersed in our triggers, perceptions, stories, and emotions such that we are no longer present with what is true. We can immersed in the “stories about” events/life/etc. and our contractions. And any resistance to these contractions or automatic reactions, intensifies these experiences. When we buy into (immerse our awareness into) these stories and perceptions, the contractions appear to be more powerful than us. When we engage from truth, awareness, curiosity, and appreciation, we can open up to transformative experiences.
